Submission
All manuscripts should be prepared according to LNCS format guidelines. The LNCS template is available from Springer and on Overleaf. Submissions are accepted in electronic form as single PDF files via the CMT website:
Please make sure to create an account early in order to avoid any submission issues close to the deadline (20th of December 2026, 23:59 CET).
Requirements
Your manuscript submitted to SSVM should describe original and unpublished work. Simultaneous submission to other conferences with proceedings or submission of previously published material is not acceptable.
The maximum length of manuscripts is 12 pages including bibliography.
As our reviewing process is double blinded, the manuscripts must be anonymous. Authors’ names should not appear in the submitted files. When citing your own work, please do so in a neutral way (use “In [2], the authors show…” instead of “In [2], we show…”).
Note that manuscripts that do not follow these requirements will be rejected without review.
Scientific Integrity
Authors are fully responsible for the entire content of their submission. We reserve the right to desk-reject any submission that violates standards of academic integrity, including plagiarism, undisclosed or otherwise improper use of AI tools, fabricated or hallucinated references, prompt injection, etc. Our expectations follow the Springer journal policies.
Microsoft's Conference Management Toolkit
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
